Watercraft
- State Registrations Return
to Order
The Watercraft database provides easy access to
State Registrations and boating accident information from various
government agencies.
Not every state requires or provides the same
registration information. Additional information not displayed on the
screen may be available on the report. Also, MA has additional
recreational vehicles, other than boats.
State registration records
may (if applicable) include: Owner/Co-owner name, Address, Hull ID number,
Serial Number, Registration Number, Title Number, Expiration Date, Make,
Model, Use Type, Propulsion, and more.
Records may include boat
accident information (BARD) provided in a narrative of the accident
including boat detail, when available.
To view the watercraft
information, you must click the radio button that corresponds to the
number of your Watercraft - State Registrations, permitted use (similar to
DPPA regulations).

accident that results in: loss of life, personal injury that requires
medical treatment beyond first aid, property damage to the vessel of at
least $500 or complete loss of vessel, or disappearance of a person from
the vessel under circumstances that indicate death or injury.
Aircraft and Pilots
Return to Order
The Aircraft and Pilots database provides information from the Airman
Directory as well as the Aircraft Registration master file, which contains
the records of all US Civil aircraft registered with the FAA, including
air carrier and general aviation aircraft.
Coverage: Nationwide, Guam, Virgin Islands
Additional Information
The Airmen Directory contains records of each certified airman who is
considered active, based on their medical certificate being current, their
certificate expiration date, or other qualifying data. Only active
certificates are processed. At least one certificate must be active for
Airman to be in the file. Also, records are excluded if the Mailing
Address or vitals are incomplete.
The Medical Class field defines the class of the pilot's last valid
medical examination.

a sale of property, quit claim deed, grant deed, etc. Records may include
