1. Where do you look..?

Wherever we have access in every state of the U.S. and possessions.  Take a look at some of the databases we have access to.  Once you supply us with search criteria we begin scanning billions of interlinked records for a match.

2. How do I know... ?

The answer is very simple and the truth is no one knows.  We have no way of knowing before we commence a search whether or not: 1. someone's still in the USA or possessions, 2. has changed their name (many showbiz people do)  3. has been issued a new Social Security Number (rare, but it has been done for reasons of personal security, harassment or a savvy individual who knows how to 'drop-out').  More than 99% can be found however, provided you supply accurate criteria and none of the above apply.

3. Am I breaking the law...?

Not at all.  To locate, or profile someone US UNCOVER uses information that is available to anyone... if you know where to look and what it means.  Criminal records, DMV records, liens, judgments .... are public information.  They're available, but not that easy to get.  All we do is gather it for you, compile it and send it to you.  All for a price far below what you would pay if you could find it.

4. What if you don't find...?

They left the country.  They've changed their identity.  They don't get mail.  They're hidden away in a bunker in Idaho eating freeze-dried food waiting for Y2k.  US UNCOVER has the ability to find just about anyone else.  If you supply us with accurate  information and we put our sources to work, how can we not?  Other companies give you useless guarantees because they can't go where we go.  Do you want a guarantee or an address?

5. What are criminal Records?

Criminal Records  are the record of someone's arrest and conviction, including in most cases the initial charge and what it was reduced to.  You will receive all records on your subject.  Approximate 10 year history.  Felony and Misdemeanor in most cases, depending on county.  Searches are performed by county.  All counties available.  Statewide search available in some states.    Order Criminal Report

6. What if the person finds out ...?

No, unless you  tell them.  US UNCOVER works very discreetly.  Our years in the business taught us how.  The only service we perform that will eventually notify the person in question is a credit report.  That's why we ask you to specify a need on that form to indicate that the person is aware.  Otherwise, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

7. Is US UNCOVER better..?

Well, based on some of the stories we hear from people about their experiences with other search companies, we'd have to say we're probably better than most.  Are we the best?  We're certainly trying to be and time will tell.  Our clientele is steadily growing and we intend to be here for the long run.   If we can go the extra mile for you, we will.  By the way, we appreciate the comments you've sent us by E-mail.  Please continue.

8.  Why should I pay ....?

Because you probably already tried the Internet to locate someone on your own.  What you found  was a plethora of listed  phone numbers at phone directory web sites.  They get their information from telephone directories or CD- ROMs.  Useful if you're looking for an address of someone who has listed  their phone. Unfortunately for you too many people don't, and you don't have access to unlisted numbers. Depending on your need, we may not give you someone's unlisted number either, but we'll give you the address.  Sooner or later you'll get exhausted and will have spent a lot of time and money.  You might as well use a company like US UNCOVER now, and get it over with.   If you're serious about your endeavor, you eventually will.  Furthermore, we're not expensive.

9. What is a 'record'?

A record is an entry in a database.  A record of a purchase, magazine or newspaper subscription, entry into a contest, license application and on and on...   All these reside in databases somewhere.  There may be more than one record on the same individual.  Our computers scan literally billions of records in many databases, some of which are also accessed by municipal, state, federal and other licensed law enforcement agents.

10. What is a 'search'?

A 'run' through databases with information supplied by you.  With today's technology almost all  information resides in a database in either the governmental or private sectors.  US UNCOVER has established 'links' to many of these, thereby allowing us to access and scan them for 'matching' records.  The amount of records retrieved depends directly on the information you provide.  If your information is accurate, your subject will be one of the records you receive.  The more you tell us about your subject, the more direct your search will be.  All searches will produce records.  The difference is how many.

11. What should I do..?

What you shouldn't do is supply inaccurate  information.  You'll be wasting your money. Although there's a possibility US UNCOVER will find a 'close enough' match who will turn out to be your subject, you are a lot better off starting with exact criteria.  We strongly suggest in cases where you are unsure that you have one of our investigators call you.   It will save you money in the long run.
